The Story
Fazenda da Pedra is a coffee farm in Cristina, Minas Gerais. It is located in the Mantiqueira mountains where volcanic soil and access to spring water have given rise to a successful and respected coffee growing region. The farm is in the care of brothers Eduardo and Róbson Vilela Martins and their team of farm workers. This is a relatively small coffee farm with only 25 hectares of coffee planted. The farm is committed to quality and intends
to produce only specialty coffee. The final steps of depulping and drying the coffee are perfomed at a modern dry mill on Eduardo’s nearby Fazenda Alta Vista.
This lot of coffee is a Yellow Bourbon variety selection and is processed in
the pulped natural method common to the region. This coffee is very sweet and round with a creamy mouthfeel. It is deep and rich with notes of hazelnut and milk chocolate. Please enjoy Fazenda da Pedra!
