Tridays is a monthly challenge where competitors go head to head using their palate to differentiate coffee flavor. There are 4 sets of triangular tests in front of each competitor: each set is composed of two identical coffees and one different coffee. Each competitor has 4 minutes to use their gustatory and olfactory senses to identify the “odd” cup out, in each of the 4 sets. In the result of a tie the victory goes to the competitor who took the least amount of time to taste all 4 sets. All rules will follow that of the World Cup Tasters Competiton.
Tridays are open to the public, the only requirement is a $5 buy-in. The competition will be set up bracket style. The winner of each bracket progresses to the next round until there is only one cup taster left.
Panther Coffee will match the pot of buy-in; winner takes all as the grand prize! May the best taster win!
